What if I cannot, or did not, make my scheduled workshop?
You have three days from the date of your enrollment to cancel your reservation.
Because our classes sell out, your seat is reserved in the same way it would
be at a theater or sporting event. Therefore, after this grace period your
seat is non-refundable before your completion of the workshop.
After completing any of our courses, if you are not 100% satisfied with you experience see your instructor or the workshop assistant and we are more than happy to refund your enrollment.
Do I need to register for the morning or afternoon session of the Memory Training
Workshop?
No, you are welcome to attend the session that best fits your schedule.
If the afternoon session works best the first day and the evening session the
next, great! To complete your course, you must attend one session each day
of the workshop.
What if I miss the first day of the Memory Training Workshop, can I still go to the second day?
We recommend that you attend the next class in your area as the material for day two builds on information learned on day one. You can find the dates of the next workshop in your area by viewing our National Workshop Schedule or by calling us at 888-233-0407.
Can I bring a family member with me
to my workshop?
Yes, simply call our customer care center at 888-233-0407 to reserve an additional seat. Please call well in advance as most workshops are sold out four to six weeks in advance.
My registered guest cannot attend; can I being a different person?
Yes. Call ahead if you can, so we can update the roster. If that isn’t possible, you can take care of it at the workshop when you sign in. Simply cross off your original guest's name and write in the new name. Otherwise, your original guest is welcome to attend any of the other workshops that fit his or her schedule. For future workshop dates, view our online schedule or

What do I need to bring to my workshop?
A positive attitude and a smile. Workbooks, pens, and water will be provided. Meals are not provided during class; so we recommend you arrive after eating a light meal or a snack.
How do I get to my workshop?
The online workshop schedule will
give you vital information on the location of your workshop. For a map
and directions, simply click on "Directions" for your workshop.
You will be brought to a Map Quest link that already includes the workshop
destination.
